Craniosacral Therapy
This light touch bodywork activates the Cerebral Spinal Fluid(CSF) that surrounds the brain and the spinal column, which relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. It restores levels of circulation, oxygenation, and spacial alignment to the connective tissues and to the nervous system, which is the motherboard for all the other 11 functional systems restoring mobility and functionality specific to each client's presenting issues.

Family & Systems Constellations are an experiential way to look at information held by “the Knowing Field,” which are the energies that create one’s life and the universe. This process is a unique way to reveal hidden dynamics and patterns in order to restore systemic integrity. The purpose of a Constellation is to improve or create clear insight into your behaviors or processes that want/need adjusting.

Polarity Therapy
Offers similar benefits as Craniosacral Therapy. Additionally, it has different types of touch ranging from light to rolling/frenetic and deep penetrating movements. Each session includes Structural, Functional & Energetic Bodywork, Somatic Communication to support, process, & resolve emotional & physical patterns, trauma, and disease. May also include polarity exercises & energetic nutrition to support functional changes.
