Should we LABEL our emotions? So often society teaches us to run from emotions and emotional people. Many people personalize expressions of emotion. Some hold back their emotions worried about how they will be received.
We want to become a "student" of our own Emotional Body. Can I observe my emotions by checking in with them the same way a loving parent would be with a restless child?
