Comedian and actress, #TiffanyHaddish has one strong healing request: To not be so angry with the #injustice that is taking place in the World right now. Together, Tiffany and The Soul Council reflect on How Power Finds its way, and how to actually affect change in the World.

Predatory mentality and behavior is the foundation of the United States of America. Many have lost their mind, wealth, and health trying to figure out "How to affect change in the world." We are stuck in conflicting solutions and their causes because our points of view differ based upon the subversive pain we harbor. Why? Maybe because hurt people bring hurt solutions? Perhaps it is because we are the eye of our storm; Your rage is the rage of the World; cure your madness and help the World.
The systemic layers of hurt and anguish carried from one generation to the next are not exclusive to any one person or race, so we are getting it from every direction! Let's be real; As a woman, this struggle is my struggle, too! Each one of us is living each day surrounded by the circumstances of our nuclear family ideals, it's history, and how society relates to us. The specifics of our stories are different depending on who you are. When it comes down to it, our first job is to EMBODY the deep meaning of “Self-Evident” which means that we KNOW THYSELF WITHIN, to be EQUAL to all human life. That is our responsibility to one another. This is an inside job. Let's be honest, The struggle is REAL. Not all people are treated equally. So, where we are all stuck is in our FREEDOM; Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. There is so much to unpack in this space. And, It's a fucking mess.
Bottom line; An unjust attack on an individual is an attack on everyone. Especially when we are talking about the Police force we pay for as citizens to protect and serve "WE THE PEOPLE."
Also, as a people, we have forgotten how to live on Earth sustainably. The way I see it, a foundational cure that's structure can sustain throughout time is needed; A MEDICINE based on physics!
What comes first, As we discussed with Tiffany Haddish,…. your #individualpower .... or the universal change in Power? Can you hear the paradox proposed by philosophers in Ancient Greece to describe the problem of determining cause-and-effect in this QUESTION? You know, "what comes first, the chicken or the egg?"
*Dr Jacqui Romero from the ARC Centre of Excellence for Engineered Quantum Systems said that in quantum physics, cause-and-effect is not always as straightforward as one event causing another.
"The weirdness of quantum mechanics means that events can happen without a set order," she said.

If this is true and EITHER CAN COME FIRST, what creates the relationship in the polarization? RESONANCE, how the vibrating electric fields relate to one another. BAM!

It is the number one intention of humans to be and create happiness. The notion of keeping your head above the fray comes to mind. Yet, it feels impossible because we are attempting to find that space of joy and equality while bombarded with senseless murders.
When I had had enough of being used and abused, I kept going back to all the stories I would tell myself of personal suffering and continue to see the other person's perspective and think bigger. I needed to do that for myself because no one came back to me to apologize for the various molestations, the abandonment at birth, or talking to me each day as if I was stupid, or the multitudes of women who lied, backstabbed, harmed me, or the bosses who sexually harassed me, etc. No one came to fix it or make me whole. Sadly, that was up to me. I had to find an understanding within me IF I WANTED TO HEAL. And, I do, and I did.
Since President Obama was elected, it became THE TIME of outward truth-speaking by those traumatized at others' hands. The polarity also happened, meaning the hate again surfaced. Those who can not hear the suffering told us to; "shut up" and "buck up" or they have ultimately denied the existence of their predatory behavior. Now, the lack of continuity in action, behavior, and words from all sides of this equation has stark exposure. IT ALL NEEDS TO COME UP AND OUT, until all the energy has moved and unwound. Until there are "No Words."

My friends, it's never too late to heal and unwind your stored pain and lack of energy. Crying and Laughter is a form of "letting it out" ~ energy is always expanding and contracting naturally, moving inward and outward. Emotions held within and suppressed in our system for extended periods will begin to eat away at ourselves, and we will rot.
Go to that proverbial closet, pull all the shit out, and decide who owns it. Then give that shit back! You can do this through ceremony; One item at a time. In reverence, speak to who owns the item (as if they were there)and give it back to them by gifting it to the "elementals:" bury it, burn it, take it out to sea, or simply, let it blow away. Then replace the energy with something substantive for creating the life you want now. Create a list of those things.

Once you have done that, the TOUGH work of figuring out who you are and what you want to keep in that closet begins. This is your fresh start or a re-birthing. As you continue to evolve and mature, old ways within you will die, and new methods will continually be born over and over again; this is the energy process, a cycle that is always happening in micro and macro things.
Our healing has taken centuries to uncover and address. Yet, it can be related to, unwound, healed, and redirected into new external structures and internal boundaries, from which we will discover and create unique opportunities! This is the cycle of the natural order. Don't quit or give up on your healing or your perpetrators' healing. Keep thinking bigger until you have accomplished unattached understanding for your perpetrators' actions; that's when the healing can begin.

Responsibility means “All of life is in One's hands.” Morality as matter means keeping continuity and priorities first. Create and place focus on your own "Bill of Responsibility" vs. Rights.
Remember, setting the new stage of awareness happens one step at a time. This is an evolutionary process. Sometimes the old ideas, procedures, and energies need to die out first to create and sustain new life, new data, and new ways to be out in the World.
Creating change and taking it through to its completion can be a lifetime of work. Anger can fuel passion; however, anger will ultimately destroy its owner. Thoughtfully applying anger is an art and skill. For now, understanding when I am angry vs. passionate is essential to fueling collective healing RESONANCE. Bring the passion and appreciation for your personal and community vision each day, and the rest will fall into place. Before you know it, Success and Power will be yours if you can manage stability and control over this fiery passion.
